As we celebrate 25 years of bluesource, we’re looking ahead to how we can continue building a sustainable future.
Last year, we were proud to receive recognition from EcoVadis, a globally trusted platform that benchmarks suppliers against rigorous sustainability standards. Earning the EcoVadis Commitment badge was an important milestone for us, showing that our work to embed responsible practices across environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement is making an impact.
This year, we’re taking the next step on our sustainability journey. When our current electricity contract ends in 2025, bluesource will switch to 100% renewable energy. It’s a change we can directly influence, and one that allows us to report measurable progress on our environmental impact.
Over the years we’ve adapted how we work, whether through hybrid working, sharing office space with customers, or managing waste more carefully, to ensure that sustainability becomes a natural part of how bluesource operates.
